Flying Over Stanford

Eagle's eye view of the oval and the quad on a perfect fall afternoon. What a beautiful campus - the developers have been careful over the years to maintain the continuity and architectural integrity.

 

During my Steinbeck class at Stanford in the summer of 2008, I learned that he was actually a student for a couple of years but dropped out ! He was a student of life rather than an academic.
