Tweed is a Protectron serving as a merchant at the Whitespring Resort.

Tweed is one of the dozen or so robotic vendors the Whitespring Resort replaced their human staff with shortly before the Great War.[1] He resides in the Bespoke store of the Whitespring mall area. He mainly sells a variety of formal wear.

"Tweed" is a type of closely-woven, rough cloth originally produced in Scotland. The store name of Bespoke is a reference to bespoke tailoring, which sometimes uses tweed fabrics.
