Toxic Water is a consumable item in Fallout 76.
Gameplay[edit]
Drinking this water quenches thirst at the cost of 30 rads and poses a high risk of disease. It can be collected from brown and orange colored water sources. Unlike Dirty Water, Toxic Water cannot be boiled or filtered.

- Two packaged water at Monongah Overlook - one at the overlook itself, one inside the tent.
- The repair beacon area at Hornwright Industrial Headquarters.
- Abandoned Mine Shaft 6.
- A river southwest of Mama Dolce's Food Processing.
- In the water beneath Abandoned Mine Shaft 3.
- In the basement of Vault-Tec Agricultural Research Center.
- In the building in Bolton Greens.
- Near the waterslides in Wavy Willard's Water Park.
- Collectible from pools in each of the Whitespring Spa's three massage suites, located in the shopping mall inside the Whitespring Resort.
- Two can be found inside the Launch Silo section of Hillside Cavern.
