Smooth Operator is a consumable item in the Fallout 4 DLC Nuka-World.
Gameplay[edit]
A small inhaler that appears similar to Jet. This chem improves buying and selling prices by 10% and increases one's Charisma by 3 for 4 minutes. Using Smooth Operator will cancel out Grape Mentats, and vice versa, so their effects cannot be stacked.
