Radioactive Strength is a Strength-based perk in Fallout 76, introduced in the Ghoul Within update. It is available exclusively for Ghoul players.
Gameplay[edit]
The perk increases the damage of power attacks and bashing at the expense of 50 Rads per attack/bash.

The amount of Rads spend can be reduced with the Feral Rage legendary perk.
