Decontamination note is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Steel Dawn update.
Location[edit]
The note is located in the Enclave Research Facility, on a white console in the decontamination arch control room, on a Battered Clipboard.

This is ridiculous, I don't know why we need this station manned 24 hours a day. The only people that come through here anymore are the scouts. They know the deal.
