A genuine Mary May make-up cosmetics case, it is a small, folding case with a mirror set on the inside of the lid.

- Found inside Angela Bishop's safe.
- Another is inside Mrs. Bishop's safe.
- T-Ray carries one.
- One can be found in the upper leftmost room on the second level of Vault 8.
- In a locker in Navarro.
- Dropped by Miss Kitty.
