Cigars are items found in the Fallout Series
Gameplay[edit]
Cigars were used as a symbol of success and accomplishment, before and after the Great War, in both civilian and military circles,[1][2][3][4] from Cuban to Canadian cigars.[5] Both General Constantine Chase and Kellogg are either seen smoking or mentioned as smoking cigars.[6][7]
