Locked Library: Ghost Stories
On Saturday, Oct. 24, enjoy an otherworldly evening playing Locked Library: Ghost Stories. Your team of preternatural investigators will have two hours to get to the bottom of four small town hauntings. Finish fast for the glory, or take your time and immerse yourself in a story inspired by spooky books!
All proceeds from this event helps support the work of EPL with proceeds being reinvested into our collections, programs, and services for the community.

Locked Library is an immersive, after-hours escape room event at the Stanley A. Milner Library. You and your team will work together to crack the case by solving an elaborate series of puzzles across four floors of the library before time runs out.

Participants will have two hours to solve four complex, multimedia puzzles located across four floors of the Stanley A. Milner Library. Teams will move throughout the library as they work through each challenge rather than staying in one room or area. To “win” the game, your team must solve all four puzzles before time runs out.

Tickets can be transferred if you are unable to attend, but EPL must be informed ahead of time to streamline check in. Requests to transfer tickets must be made to give@epl.ca by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026.

Every team will need to have at least one smartphone or tablet to complete the puzzles. Everything else you need is included in the game package your team receives when they check in.
