Dressing and undressing. The dressing and undressing of all persons within the confines of the Municipal Beach is hereby prohibited, except in the bathhouses provided for that purpose, and the same shall be deemed an offense.

Any violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days.
