EMI America did absolutely the right thing when they ordered up new R&B mixes from Teddy Riley for the US release. They are better in every way compared to the U.K. 12" R&B mixes.

Out of all vinyl editions of this single, this is the best sounding one as it's one of only two which are master tape sourced.

Should have been bigger. Production-wise it's at least just as good as "Don't Give Me Your Life" if not better...especially the lyrics and vocals which Shanie does an outstanding job on.

Anyone looking for a CD containing the Extended Dance Remix look no further. As of Dec 2024 still the only CD containing it in master sourced quality.

back in 2001 in my club I gave this record 3 chances. All 3 times I played it right after a no-brainer big floor packing hit, and each time it absolutely cleared the floor.

It’s quite remarkabe (and unbelievable) that not a single piece of his solo work has seen a vinyl release yet. Talk about a major cash-in opportunity for his family and estate. Would make a hell of a RSD product.

VERY poor sound quality on this one as it's all mono. Look for one of the other boots which will probably sound way better.
