- Red-label stereo issue with unique matrix etchings indicating metalwork at Customatrix and pressing at Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Pitman,
- Artist name in one row, "SIDE 1" / "SIDE 2" printed on left side of label A/B,
- STEREO above catalogue number, and labels matrix number below it on right side,
- Track titles on labels are not centered, but justified to the left,
- Runout inscriptions are etched, except for the stamped "P", stamped dots shaped in triangle "∴" (can also be interpreted as not fully stamped letter A), and stamped number 2/1 found after the dotted triangle on side A/B. On side A, encircled ① is underlined. Both encircled numbers ("①" and "②") are superscripted. Crossed out 2 is crossed out with an etched "X". Please check detail images in photo gallery for details!
- Some copies may included a 4"x15" bumper sticker which was found with some copies on all the other 1967 red Buddah labels versions,
