SCPP

Profile:

Société Civile des Producteurs Phonographiques - Civil Society of Phonographic Producers - is a French rights society founded in 1985, initially in charge of collecting the rights generated by the broadcasting of music videos and the tax on private copies. Its mission is to protect the rights of music producers; it also acts as the French agency for ISRC attribution.
The SCPP logo can appear on releases for its role as a rights society or as a sponsor, a portion of the rights collected being allocated to support projects and productions.

This is not a record label and should not be credited as such. It can however be added as a rights society in the Barcodes & Identifiers section. They are also often involved in the sponsoring of musical projects and can then be credited in the companies section with "funding" role.
