Synopsis:

An electrician finds and revives an alien criminal. He psychically enslaves all humanity, forcing them to build him a ship that will help him escape and destroy the Earth. The electrician sabotages the ship and sends him into orbit around the Sun.

(7 pp, pages 1 to 7 of story) and Chapter 2—"Slaves of the Hulk!" (6 pp, pages 8 to 13 of story). The Hulk next appears in Journey Into Mystery #66 (March 1961).

This is one of the first 'feature-length' monster stories published by Marvel (the other, "I Created Krang!" was published simultaneously in Tales to Astonish (Marvel, 1959 series) #14). The format would be followed three months later in all four SF anthologies with a fifth (Amazing Adventures) launched in the next year.
