Pioneer Western comic strip by Harry F. O'Neill from June 7, 1927, to July 8, 1950, for United Feature Syndicate. The strip began as Young Buffalo Bill, until being changed to Buckaroo Bill in 1930 and finally Broncho Bill in 1932. Fred Meagher drew six more strips from July 10 to 15, 1950, and on July 17, 1950. On July 18, 1950, the strip was renamed Buffalo Bill, featuring stories by Meagher about the real Buffalo Bill, lasting until 1956.
