Biography:

Mike Parobeck died of complications from diabetes "a week shy of his 31st birthday." He had entered the comic book industry in 1989, with his first full-time series being "El Diablo," which he co-created with writer Gerard Jones. In the 1990s he did much design work for DC's Licensed Publishing group, coloring books, the Golden Books line, and received much notice for his art on "Batman Adventures."
