Description:

Sam Klink is a tall, athletic young man with medium-length red hair and a strand of hair in front. He is a police officer at the Central City Police Station, under the command of Commissioner Dolan. When he first appeared, Commissioner Dolan stated that his promotion had undergone accelerated training. He is in an ambiguous relationship with the Spirit, both admiring and considering him a competitor.
