Printing Resources

A library card is required to access printing, copying, scanning and faxing resources. Printing and copying are available in both full color or mono-black in both the letter (8.5"x11") and legal (8.5"x14") sizes. Inserting personal stationery into the printer or tampering with the paper supplies in the printer trays is strictly prohibited.

Print Documents

Print your documents at any library location either by using public computers (except catalog computers) or your own device (using wireless printing).

Wireless Printing

Print from anywhere with an internet connection using your personal device via our ePRINTit document uploader page. Supported file types are: pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .tiff, .doc, .docx, .pub, .rtf, .htm, .txt, .html, .xlsx, .xls, .pptx, .ppt, .odt, .xps, .ods and .odp. You will not be charged for documents you submit through the wireless service until you pick them up. Prints can be released from the ePRINTit service from any library location.

Copy Documents

Document copying is available at any library location. A flatbed copier for documents up to legal size and an automatic document feeder are available at each station.

Scanning Documents

Free document scanning is available at all library locations. A flatbed scanner for documents up to legal size and an automatic document feeder are available at each station. Documents are scanned as a .pdf file and saved to your own USB drive or can be sent to an email address. Maximum file size for scan to email may be limited by your email service provider.

Faxing Documents

Fax documents from the stations at all library locations. A confirmation/status page will be provided for free.

Printing Resources Fees

Fees are deducted from your library card account. To load money on your library card account, visit your location's library service desk and pay with cash, check or credit card.
