About Sara Gitkos
Sara is a Lead Editor and Trainer at Android Police with over 15 years of writing and editing experience. From commerce content to editorials, she’s had a hand in a little bit of everything Android and iOS.
She has a passion for writing, video games, the Oxford comma, hiking, and testing the boundaries of fitness tech, audio equipment, and how much tea she can drink.
How long have you been interested in technology?
My love of technology really started with the Atari and cassette players. I've loved audio and gaming since I was a little kid, and I just followed my passion into other tech.
What tech products or categories are you most passionate about?
As a musician and gamer, I tend to obsess over sound and entertainment. I like to test out new speakers, headphones, and earbuds and see how much I can push them to the limit. Likewise, I'm into fitness trackers, and I like to play them off against each other to see which best fits my lifestyle.
What was your first phone and what do you remember about it?
I remember my first phone being a Nokia phone that I'd constantly play Snake on. I have always been a fan of feature phones with a keyboard, and LG had some pretty fun designs, like the enV3 and the Cosmos.
