    Beautiful set of chafing dishes. Came well packed and was easy to put together. Two issues, one of the stands has a chip around the top where the water bowl is placed and also 2 chips at the bottom of the leg on the same stand. Second issue, 2 of the sterno holders are stuck and I was unable to get them apart. Had to enlist my adult son who also had to use a little muscle to get them opened. Maybe slightly out of shape because the other 2 open without a problem. All in all very happy with my purchase. Used Dawn power-wash and a sponge for easy cleanup. No stains at all. Also purchased silicone utensils to protect from scratching.

    One of the dishes came scratched. Otherwise beautiful set. May have to return if cannot get pan replaced.

    Update: I initially received a set with 2 scratched chafing dishes, which was disappointing because the rest of the set was beautiful and well-made. I reached out to the seller, and I was incredibly impressed by their response. RAMVIC promptly sent a replacement set and followed up to ensure everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. The new set is flawless, and I’m very happy with the quality.

    First off, I was considering another chaffing set, UNTIL I Viewed this one! I Loved the look, Immediately! It is Quite an Attractive Look and Different! I was concerned about how the finish would hold up. This set was easy for me to assemble, as there was Nothing to Assemble other that screwing the knobs onto the lids! I did try to attach the lid holders incorrectly, but my son showed me how (it was really simple). I over thought it! My reason for 4 stars (started as a Resounding 5) is that after the flames burned out and I was cleaning to put away, I noticed the bottom of pan is now burned where the flame was directed. The coating is an Ivory ish color. However that's on the bottom. The Presentation is Beautiful, imo. Cleans Easily. The glass lids lend to the Beauty. Save your box for storage, as this set is a lot to store. Tip: if you do store, unscrew your knobs for compact fit. Will always come in handy for family gatherings!
