I purchased these Blu-Rays to upgrade my " Strange Games" collection. Let me expound, my " Strange Games " collection includes movies like the original " Roller Ball", Death Race 2000" & many others. I Couldn't name it " Future Games" as it includes things like the Fay Wray film " The Most Dangerous Game" & the Hunt", also "Logans Run" which is no game! This product is top notch as far as quality! Great Audio & Visual. No double-sided discs. And you can't beat the price! I also purchased the Blu-Ray Prequel, because these movies were so affordable! I hate spoilers, so I will just say these are excellent entertainment. I would like to add if you follow " Agenda 21 - 24 these are not as SCI- FI as you would think. Yes, according to the annual Agenda 21 - 24 talks this is more like science probability. I am giving away no big secrets you can view & hear them yourself on You Tube. Yes, government factions want to move people inti areas or divisions. Again, no big secret! So, I guess that makes these movies lean towards the horror genre. My purpose is to add to the enjoyment of these films & give people another reason to purchase them...call it research! These movies are a great addition to any movie collection or library for those who prefer a hard copy over streaming...which can disappear quite easily. Purchase while this great deal lasts. I wouldn't wait. They may be in the hundreds of dollars soon!

The value of getting all four Hunger Games movies in a physical collection was a major selling point for me, especially compared to buying them digitally. For the price, owning the physical copies feels like a much better investment, especially since I don’t have to worry about losing access due to streaming rights changes or platform restrictions.

As for the movies themselves, they are absolutely fantastic. The adaptation from the books is one of the best I’ve seen, staying true to the source material while still making necessary changes to enhance the cinematic experience. The casting is perfect, the performances are compelling, and the world building brings Panem to life in a way that feels immersive and emotionally impactful. Each installment maintains a consistent tone, with Catching Fire and Mockingjay Part 2 being particular standouts in terms of intensity and storytelling.

These movies have become a staple in my household, as they are something we consistently rewatch and enjoy. Whether you’re a longtime fan of The Hunger Games series or discovering them for the first time, this collection is a great purchase, both for the incredible films and the value of owning them physically. Highly recommend!

Great series and dvds work great great price

I’m a fan of this franchise since I saw the first. If you’re fans of “Harry Potter”, then you’re in the right place. The storyline, action sequences, visual effects, screenplay, themes and messages, musical score and direction is 10 out of 10 amazing. The characters are also fantastic, as Jennifer Lawrence wows us all with her performance as Katniss Everdeen. You won’t be disappointed.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my bestie and kids. Thry loved the movie. Arrived clean with no breaks on box.

I'm someone who read the books and was underwhelmed, so when the movies started coming out, I wasn't horribly excited. Until I watched them. There's an emotionally vivid value present in the movies I never got from the books, and this is the whole set in a format that's a good price.

The first movie is still a necessary evil to the set. The acting is good, the script well written, and everything really good except for that one person who thought a movie would be good if someone really unsteady held the camera the whole time. The camera shaking is bad enough I occasionally get motion sick from it.

But chances are good most of you have already seen the movies and don't need a rating on their content, so about this actual set: it comes with a digital copy that isn't compatible with movies anywhere or prime, so that's a minor let down on the digital copy. But the rest of it came in good condition and for a good price.

Edit: the day after I posted, the digital copy became available on movies anywhere and prime.

Catching Fire is my favorite of the series, so I decided to watch it first. So imagine my disappointment when watching it and the disc starts glitching out at different points during the games. It stops playing or skips parts entirely, making it barely watchable in the most entertaining part of the whole movie. I don’t know if the other films are damaged (I may check), but this is a bad transfer.

I loved watching this series first time around but then realized all the movies are on different streaming services or I would have to rent them. Found this great deal on Amazon and couldn't say no. Now I get to watch this amazing series again and again! Defintely a favourite of mine!
