After reading some of the reviews here, I actually expected some drop off in the quality of this show. There actually is none, and six was actually one of the most intense seasons of the set. It begins with the brilliant Rose McGowan joining the cast, briefly anyway, then a series of the typically grim surgeries Christian and Sean are involved in (the plot of a former model tired of being beautiful is particularly interesting), as well as many others that I will not reveal so as to not divulge any spoilers. Some of the darkest of the plastic surgery cases were saved for this season. There is one episode where the series meanders after Kelly Clarkson is written out of it, but it picks up steam once again once Famke Jansen returns to it from season two. It would have been nice to see two more plot threads resolved from prior seasons, the daughter of Julia's lover once shot her - that is never resolved, also what happened to the Carver, still stalking his victims in Spain..? Both Julia and Liz come off as a little selfish in the last season, but then, women have never been portrayed in a very flattering way on Nip/Tuck. Matt, of course, reveals himself as the same old self-centered loser he has always been, but Christian, realizing that he is bad for everyone, tries to do what is best, for Sean anyway. All things considered, though, this is a very satisfying end to Nip/Tuck which, at its best, was like a car accident: dark and graphic, but you still can't turn away from it.

I just loved Nip Tuck, my husband and I watched it years ago. He hates that kind of stuff (soap operas), but really got into it. We moved to a little town in the sticks of TX, so while we are getting situated we bought alot of movies that we knew we would want to keep. Nip Tuck was one of them, we got the whole series used. They were all perfect condition, and we had hours of enjoying them. Nip tuck is kind of slow starting, but it is really funny cute and does give light to some plastic surgery procedures. It is interesting, crazy, sexy, and just all way around good.

I love this series. I purchased it on Amazon ( all 7 seasons) and because I paid so much to buy it and enjoyed it so much am now watching it for the second time. This series is dynamic, it is part soft porn, part family drama, part over dramatized plastic surgery procedures. I have to say it is the characters you fall in love with. Christian and Sean don't disappoint in this season, and it just gets juicier and their friendship more co-dependent. Julia is the one that I love to hate, her lack of self and direction really, really come to light in this season. . . I mean REALLY come to light.

she drives me crazy because she is so wishy washy, and weak...yet blames Sean for everything wrong in her life. It is worth the $20 to buy the season. Enjoy - I always do .

The was a Christmas present for my best friend. As fans of the show I was glad to gift him this season to finish his collection. Package arrived prompt and in good condition. This season out of them all however was not so good, it felt rushed and not a lot of thought was put into it. The show itself was excellent but to end its run this was a let down. But to complete the collection of the show it was a good buy.

There should have at least been some deleted scenes here, a gag reel, and why is it that nobody on this show ever did a commentary?

It's no surprise that Annie and Wilber end up in therapy, but we don't hear much about it.

Will Conor ever have surgery on his other hand?

What happened to Lipo the dog?

Why did we never see the service for Kimber? Nobody cried? Kimber said she was abused as a child but nothing more is made of this, even when her mother shows up.

Matt finally gets his karmic comeuppance for the season 1 hit and run, but he remains a screw-up.

Will C.T. ever tell the truth about how Gina died?

Etc.

Otherwise, though, there is some great stuff here. Sean goes into a downward spiral of bad decisions, insomnia, and substance abuse because he wants to get away from M/T and his partner but lacks the courage to do it until much later.

Sean and CT finally realize that they need to separate because their relationship is uneven and damaging, just as Sean finally realizes that he cannot have Julia back in his life for similar reasons.

Liz does some bizarre things in this season.

It's not up to the caliber of seasons 1, 2, and 4, but still pretty good.

I had been renting all the season's at a local video store only to find out they did not have the last season. The final season was consistent with this show and had an ending that made sense. I love this show. It would be great to see it come back, years later. I would love to see what happens to Sean, and Christian.

Finally found the final season, was worth finding it on here. Price was great and it arrived earlier than expected.
