I still have a Bose sound system from the ‘90s and love being able to pop in a cd. This soundtrack is in perfect condition and the songs are a perfect background to my day.

Favorite Movie so I can hear the soundtrack anytime I like. Worth it!!

This has all the songs from the movie even songs that you probably did not even realize were in the movie or might have missed. I highly recommend if you love the movie Love Actually soundtrack and you don't want to be disappointed buy the UK or international version of the soundtrack, which is actually the original soundtrack because even though it cost more it is worth it. You get 3 extra songs, get to listen to the soundtrack the way it was originally intended, and you get introduced to British artists that you may not have heard of before especially if you are American. Gabrielle Sometimes is a brilliant extra song that is not on the USA version of the soundtrack. The fact that the original soundtrack has all three of the love theme music from the movie might be enough for most customers to pay a little more.

The big difference between the USA version of the soundtrack and the original soundtrack is that the USA version has been slightly altered to please music lovers in the USA market. They omitted Grabrielle Sometimes, PM's Love Theme, and Portugese Love Theme music. Jump (For My Love) was changed to the original The Pointers Sisters instead of Girls Aloud version just to not piss off the American listeners to hear a British girl band recreate an American classic song into a pop song. I think because the movie is British they originally must have put the Girls Aloud version in the movie unless they altered it when movie was released in the USA, which just makes it confusing for a lot of listeners. It either sounds brilliant or like bad karaoke to other listeners.

Maybe "great" is a little strong, but it has been a favorite at our house ever since it came out. As the elder in the house, some of the language burns my ears a bit, but it is a fun Christmas movie with lots of good music. It will be one that we "just have to watch" around Christmas time. Actually, I don't always wait until Christmas. There are several movies with Christmas themes that I like so much I'll watch them anytime. So go ahead and get "Love Actually" and have a preview before December rolls around.

This is our traditional Christmas Eve movie so thought it would be fun to have the soundtrack. The CD is way better than the download from a certain online music source that starts with a vowel. They only offer about 4 of the songs. This CD has everything, including several that made me think, "That was in the movie??" Some of the pieces that serve as background stand on their own quite well, like the music from the wedding or the background Musuc after Juliet sees the video. Makes a nice addition to the standard Christmas playlist too, esp. "Christmas Is All Around Us" (although I could have done without the "All I Want for Christmas Is You" but it's a pivotal song in the film so they couldn't exactly cut it, could they?)

I love that this movie focuses on the importance of relationships - no matter if it's your best friend, your long-time business partner or a family member. It's an uplifting holiday movie that you can enjoy every year without tiring of it-- and it has an awesome soundtrack. It has many touching moments that move you to tears--but it's not a downer and stays light hearted enough. It's life and the complexity and compassion of relationships.

Some people rag on this film as being so cheesy, but I find it so adorable and watch it whenever I can, especially around the Christmas season. Apart from being a big Alan Rickman fan, the rest of the vignettes to this movie are charming and well-acted. It's funny, endearing and pulls at your heart in some plots—you'll identify with quite a few of them. Definitely worth watching!

This is one of my favorite Christmas-time movies...I watch it every Christmas. I'm so glad I bought the soundtrack, I don't know why I waited so long! Was delivered ahead of time, too!

Tatsächlich Liebe ist mein Lieblingsfilm, also hab ich mir auch sofort den Soundtrack gekauft. Und egal ob laut beim Putzen oder leise im Hintergrund, wenn man beim Raclette sitzt, die Musik kommt immer gut an. Und jeder, der den Film gesehen hat, weiß bei den jeweiligen Stücken zu welcher Szene sie gehören. Aber auch wer den Film nicht kennt, wird die Musik mögen. Die allermeisten Stücke waren in den Top Ten vertreten. Von mir gibts ne fette Empfehlung!
