Description
It's a great day behind the scenes at the circus. Clowns, jugglers, acrobats, and tightrope walkers amaze the crowd at the circus, where kids get into the act riding elephants, dressing up in clown costumes, putting on makeup, and performing in the center ring. There's a parade of ponies, elephants, lions, tigers, and a group of Dalmatians who dance along with the musical fun!
Songs included: The Circus is Coming to Town, Polly Wolly Doodle, Strolling Through The Park, The Sabre Dance, Put On A Happy Face, The Ringmaster Song, The Man On The Flying Trapeze, The Lion Tamer, If You're Happy And You Know It, Entry Of The Gladiators.

One of the earlier ones that my kids really enjoyed
Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2021When this particular video originally came out it won awards. Here is what I like: lots of kids songs that are easy to sing. Kids are singing the songs and the kids are ON PITCH. The singing is done well. If your kid sings along they won't learn to sing flat because they will be hearing pitch accurately. I'm gonna tell you about the series. The earlier ones in the series are better. For some reason later in the series they introduce the biggles. I'm not fond of them, but the kids didn't mind them. For my money the earlier ones in the series like this one are well worth the money. I enjoy the assortment of songs and each video uses a theme to wrap the songs around tying them together.

Better than the singing shows on TV today
Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2017A trip down memory lane for me. My little brother loved these. Now that I have my own children I wanted something that wasn't Barney. This video is constant singing with little dialog keeping my 2 year old twins interested. We purchased the ride the roller coaster and a day with the animals video also. (my favorite is ride the roller coaster because it has a few songs adults would actually listen to.. just sung by kids).
Highly recommended

Great DVD for kids
Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2011My Great grandson loves the dancing and singing. At two he's not remembering all the words... but he tries and he remembers the tune pretty well. He dances along with the kids and gets more exercise than other passive tv offerings.

Awesome Clowns
Reviewed in the United States on May 24, 2011Boy, this is an oldie! But the two clowns in it are phenomenal. You can't help but admire how they seem to have worked their way into almost every shot and background throughout the entire video. What a talented pair! Especially the black and white guy! Though the other guy is ok too. . .
