Points Allocation Timing
There are two types of Amazon Points: Pending Points and Confirmed Points. Pending Points are points that are issued after an order is completed. You can't use Pending Points to pay for purchases. Confirmed Points are points that can be used to pay for an order.
Pending Points are upgraded to Confirmed Points the day the order ships.
Cash on Delivery:
When the payment method is Cash on Delivery, Pending Points are upgraded to Confirmed Points within two weeks, but sometimes it may take up to two months after payment.
Digital Content:
For purchases of digital content, Pending Points are typically upgraded to Confirmed Points on the same day as the product is downloaded.
Amazon Points issued for services (for example, installation service):
For Amazon Points issued for each service provided by Amazon, Pending Points are typically upgraded to Confirmed Points at the time a service is completed.

Amazon MasterCard Benefit Points Earned by On-Amazon Shopping:
Points are added to the account you used for shopping after your item is dispatched. If you purchase digital content (a downloadable item), the points will be added on the day downloading is completed. Points earned by an AmazonFresh order are added on a weekly basis.
