Osamu Mikumo 5 (三雲 修➄ Mikumo Osamu 5 ?) is Chapter 36 of the World Trigger Manga.
Short summary
[edit | edit source]Osamu fights Kazama in a Mock Battle.
Long summary
[edit | edit source]Yūma and the others are surprised when Osamu asks for another round with Kazama. However, while Suwa thinks it is a fool's errand, Tsutsumi notes that the atmosphere around Osamu has changed. In the Training Room, Osamu thinks that though he may not be able to win, he wants to hit Kazama at least once. He then remembers what Karasuma taught him about shooters and their ability to manipulate bullet performance, and that his sense can reflect the thinking and planning strategy during the middle of battle. Osamu reevaluates his strategy and prepares for the final round.
As the battle starts, Osamu fills the entire training room with super slow-moving bullets. This forces Kazama to deactivate Chameleon and he then rushes towards Osamu, slashing through the bullets. As Kazama draws closer, Osamu creates another Asteroid. Thinking that he understood Osamu's plan, Kazama rushes forward. But Osamu surprises him by activating his Thruster and pinning him to a wall. Osamu then seals Kazama to the wall with Raygust, creates an opening, and fires Asteroid at point-blank range.
