I'm running into a problem with <code>initialPageParam</code> here. My api expects no or an empty initial page parameter. <code>initialPageParam=""</code> generates code that sends <code>page=0</code>. I believe the reason is that <code>formatOptions =&gt; safeParseNumber</code> converts the empty string to <code>0</code>.
