TV Kamala Harris’ Chicago Convention Made The Most Of The Media Moment
The four-day Democratic National Convention had plenty of emotion, slick production and endless speechifying, along with a decided lack of protest disruptions of policy debates. And in accepting her party’s nomination for Commander-in-Chief, the vice president gave a biographical, centrist and patriotic speech. “It was the most Republican Democratic Convention we have ever seen,” The Lincoln Project’s chief of staff told Deadline’s Political Editor Ted Johnson – who was inside the United Center for all of it.
