The Hollywood producer now owns a 1930s Spanish Colonial Revival-style residence in a prime pocket of Pasadena.

The celebrity photographer purchased the 65-acre Bolinas property in 2019 and has since spent $2 million refurbishing the compound’s various structures.

The secluded four-bedroom pad in the Coldwater Canyon area was previously owned by Modern Family’s Ed O’Neill.

The “Modern Family” star bought the house 10 years ago, paying $10.6 million, and subsequently gave the interiors a contemporary refresh.

According to Redfin, luxury homes across the U.S. sold for a median price of $1.2 million. 

Resting on Ring Lane, within the desirable Miramonte neighborhood, this luxe estate comes complete with a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, gym and tennis court.

The 100-year-old barn, listed for $2.9 million, was painstakingly renovated over a 12-year period by the co-founder of Marchesa.

The Upper East Side duplex was last occupied by Sicilian Princess Maria Niscemi Romanoff and her husband, Prince Alexander Nikitich Romanoff of Russia.
