    Charles Moss is a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based freelance writer and producer. He’s written for multiple publications including The New York Times, The Atlantic, The Washington Post, Slate, and Mojo. He’s also the creator of What Happened at Braley Pond, a limited series true-crime/paranormal podcast about a 2003 murder near Staunton, Virginia, and the mysterious hauntings that have plagued the area ever since.

    Charles started off his writing career as a communications specialist in the health insurance industry and as a regular contributor to Popmatters. He’s worked many jobs, from janitor to high school teacher to Baskin-Robbins ice-cream scooper, and yes, as an IMAX projectionist. He loves movies, TV, comics, music, and books, and has written about all facets of pop culture.
