Paid Parental Leave
As much as we view our PMC work community as family, we know that it’s the family our colleagues go home to that matters most. That’s why we offer PMC’s Paid Parental Leave program, which provides three months of fully paid leave for new moms and primary caregivers as well as three weeks of fully paid leave for new dads and secondary caregivers.

Healthy employees are happy employees. As part of our commitment to a healthy work environment, PMC provides wellness perks such as fresh pressed juices, nutritious breakfasts, in-office massage, stand-up desks and other health-minded amenities. Generous Paid Time Off
We know time to rest and refresh can be the key to finding our next innovation or scooping the competition. PMC employees are offered a generous amount of Paid Time Off that never expires. We also observe most national holidays and offer one “floating holiday” for employees to use as they choose. In addition, we proudly provide each employee 4 paid time off volunteer days per year to contribute their talents and hearts to the non-profit causes of their choosing.

Shortly after founding Penske Media Corporation in 2003, CEO Jay Penske established our PMC 2% Foundation. An integral component of life at PMC, employees are encouraged to donate 2% of their time or income annually to the non-profit of their choosing. In addition to funding these volunteer hours, PMC also provides in-kind and cash donations to 501(c)(3) organizations throughout the year via media partnerships, charity-highlighting events and fundraising contributions. With these continual efforts so deeply embedded in our culture, PMC is a place where "Giving is a Given."
