Healthchecks is a cron job monitoring service. It listens for HTTP requests and email messages ("pings") from your cron jobs and scheduled tasks ("checks"). When a ping does not arrive on time, Healthchecks sends out alerts.

Healthchecks is available as hosted service at https://healthchecks.io, or you can set up and run your own instance.

On the hosted service, there is a $5/mo pricing tier named "Supporter". It is functionally the same as the free plan, and is intended for users who are otherwise happy with the free plan, but wish to support the project financially.
