I think that at least I shall replace DateTime with DateTimeOffset. It might be worth also using new .NET samples with new DateOnly types. It might be worth considering providing an example using NodaTime.

I believe the comparison operator used in the
IsBrokenmethod is wrong because the rule is checking that meeting attendees limit must be greater than guests limit.
