It would be nice if tags could be added and updated on documents via the REST API, as well as searching/filtering the /api/documents by them.

Describe the bug
paperless-cli currently clutters the home directory by placing the configuration file directly in ~/.paperless-cli.yaml

use $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/paperless-cli/config.yaml (e.g.)
