An upgrade to kotlin 1.7.0 with a migration run to fix any potential issues and improve the performance.

Custom css themes shouldn't be too difficult. Probably pass in a url parameter for the them you want and then handle it in the template. Night mode has been requested.

Is it possible for Kiwix to remember my last used Window size and position?

The wikipedia api provides a section an id (1 upwards), it'd be nice if that would also be included.
