dl is terrible function name for downloading files scoop that can leak into profile alias

The README recommends adding ~/.jsvu to the $PATH. If you look at its contents, however:

you'll see that I get the v8 binary (good!), but also I'm exposing status.json and engines to my $PATH

In pull request sealerio/sealer#1476, we have succeeded in making unit-test work. While after that pull request, we found that we have very few unit test coverage, and this will definitely lead to the poor quality of sealer.
