The possibility to disable an incoming peering with liqoctl.
Describe the solution you'd like
A simple liqoctl subcommand to disable the incoming peering for this cluster, to stop the resource sharing and remove the pod scheduled by the remote cluster on the local one.

What happened?
When we install clusterpedia, it restarts for more than 5 times
What did you expect to happen?
The Clusterpedia not restart, it wait for mysql ready.

The version referenced in this deployment, 1.22.2 is no longer supported, please update to 1.22.6 (or newer).
