What is currently happening:

When using the Translate When Hovering option on an element like textarea, the extension translates the placeholder attribute instead of the value attribute.

What should happen:

The priority should be:

1. attribute value
2. textContent
3. attribute placeholder

Version: 9.4.2

We may consider having a issue template that includes a question around this. Pretty common in issue templates, and probably one we can borrow from another project.

I want to use the vega-lite diagram library along with a jekyll plugin.
how do I use the pre build commands to run npm install?
I want to install the diagram library use the command:
npm install -g vega-cli vega-lite

here is my HTML code:

The first link is used as a fallback for those browser doesn't support prefers-color-scheme.

I thought maybe we could add @dragon-girl88 's design (the current favicon) to the front page of the Wiki as a logo as well. Anyone have any strong opinions on this? We could place it next to the title.
