The updated /admin/member_manager/users/<:id> needs to be updated to use i18n. We can introduce locale files for this admin section and add the necessary translations for all the tabs and modals on this page.

Fider currently only run migrations that have a timestamp higher than the last executed migration.

This means we need to be extra careful when merging PRs to ensure the timestamp on the migration files are always accurate.

Ruby on Rails takes another approach where they run all migrations that have not yet been executed on the server. They still apply it in order of timestamp, but allows P

If a user clicks on "Reply" to reply a comment, then a textarea appears but it is unfocused. It should automatically gain focus, in order to make it easier and faster to type comments.

On the other hand, the new comment form at the top level, i.e. the one used to comment a post, should not be autofocused when opening a post.

Front end analytics have been added for the Magic Link (see #294) , however 'Share link turned on/off for a retro' requires sending information to Mixpanel from the server, which hasn't yet been done in this codebase.

Describe the bug

1. The on-hover information of the programming exercise lifecycle is only partially readable.
2. The on-hover information of the Automatic Test and Assessment Type option is displayed at the top but the other popups are displayed to the bottom. This could be more consistent.
