Describe the bug
The page https://besu.hyperledger.org/en/stable/HowTo/Get-Started/Installation-Options/Install-Binaries/ says to use java 11-16, but users should be encouraged to use at least Java 17 since that will become the minimum requirement. I don't know of any reason java 18 wouldn't work either.
