Steps To Reproduce

1. npx create-react-app my-app
2. cd my-app
3. npm start (Works like a charm)
4. npm run eject
5. npm i
6. npm start (ReferenceError: React is not defined)

Currently spack does not support the following packages, all of these packages are installed outside of Spack at Cori, we would like to get support for these packages if possible.

• cpmd https://www.lcrc.anl.gov/for-users/software/available-software/cpmd/
• ComputeCPP https://github.com/codeplaysoftware/computecpp-sdk need to confirm link
• ds9 https://sites.google.com/cfa.harvard.

Today we detect if __name__ == "__main__" in a file as indicating that it's an entry point to a binary.

However in Python a __main__.py can also act as the entry point to the package containing it, so
it would be great for tailor to generate the appropriate target in that case.

Bloop supports globs for source files since #1176.

The same should be done for resources.
