Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

The page redirects to the new datasources pane, and has the correct query param to indicate failure, but there is no toast message to let users know that their authentication has not succeeded.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create a REST API with invalid Oauth2 credentials
  2. Try to authenticate and see that URL has failure status
  3. No toast message shown
