git diff-tree used by linter on push checks only files from the last commit and regardless of files status, so deleted or renamed files are also checked.

Expected Behavior
When I read a html report I can get the maximum context to fix the issues that detekt found. For example, links to the documentation of each rule that has at least one issue.

test_epylint.py mysteriously fails in my environment, regardless of python version, and possibly regardless of pylint version.
Note: The name of my home directory is c:\Users\Edward Ream.
Blanks in the name of my home directory may be a factor.
