Bug - Filterpanel component not working well with JAWs. when trying to scroll down using arrow keys the scroll does not work

When I use Select component from carbon-component-react with inline=true, the background color is wrong when it's placed in Tearsheet.

Detailed description

When tabbing through the CloudHeader component and clicking on the search icon, focus should either be placed into the search input or it should be next in the tabbing order. Currently you have to shift + tab to focus into search container.

Additionally the text is the search bar is black and can not be seen in the dark input and the x/clear icon is not tab-able .
