dl is terrible function name for downloading files scoop that can leak into profile alias

The README recommends adding ~/.jsvu to the $PATH. If you look at its contents, however:

▲  ~/ ls ~/.jsvu
.               ..              engines         status.json     v8

you'll see that I get the v8 binary (good!), but also I'm exposing status.json and engines to my $PATH

OpenELB is an open-source load balancer implementation designed for exposing the LoadBalancer type of Kubernetes services in on-premises environments, it can help KubeSphere users to easily resolve this issue.

My expectation:

Make OpenELB work like Cloud Controller Manager, it can automatically assign EIP to the K8s services
