Custom Fret Lables
Description
Allow custom fret labels (attached to instrument, player, or tuning) to allow other instruments that don't just use numbered frets/positions.
For example, shamisen players have the following:
0 -> 0
1 -> 1
2 -> 2
3 -> 3
4 -> #
5 -> 4
6 -> 5
7 -> 6
8 -> 7
9 -> 8
10 -> 9
11 -> 1b
12 -> 10
