This line makes the assumption that every single upperclassman is a required signature on every packet. This may not be the case, due to e.g. changes in membership state that don't influence earlier packets. This results in a confusing list of signature counts when an upperclassman is required on only some of the packets, since they are listed as $num_signed / $num_total in the active section. T
Housing Points are automatically acquired at the conclusion of the membership evaluation (see ComputerScienceHouse/Constitution#174 for the history of this change). At the moment this is a manual process. It'd be much more convenient if conditional went and applied these changes when a member's spring evaluation was marked as passed.

Add Google Analytics tracking
RTPs and Webmasters all have access to Google Analytics, it would be great to add additional sites to those stats so we can see what services are the most used within CSH.
Please ask an RTP or Webmaster for a tracking code and add the tracking to the site.

No `My Votes` page
In order to find the quotes I have/have not voted on, I have to scroll and look at each individually. This makes it hard to find quotes I haven’t voted on in.
This feature would be especially useful in the lead up to events like the Quoties, to allow users to make sure they have voted on relevant quotes.

When creating Non-Course Schedule items, the select-able time ranges should be in increments of 5 (or at least 15) minutes, not half hours. Having them change by halves is inconvenient for the current structure of RIT's courses, as well as does not reflect the more specific times that non-courses could start and end at.
