Issue Summary

When setting up a dev env on windows, yarn setup fails

When writing a new post, changing locale will cause an uncaught type error and the editing form of the post content isn't show up.

To Reproduce

1. Setup Netify CMS with i18n enabled.
2. Click New button in the index page.
3. Change writing locale dropdown from Writing in EN to another locale, for example, Writing in FR
4. The editing form will disappear, and you w

The redwood.toml web.apiURl value is expected to accept any "absolute path (thats starts with /) or an absolute URI that starts with `http[s]://"

However, if I set web.apiUrl="/" I get the following behavior:

• local api and web server start successfully
• endpoint error

[Error] A server with the specified hostname could not be found.
[Error] Fetch API cannot load

Motivation

The AMP Project support is very important to accessibility and Google's Pagerank. So, it could will be awesome had this support in Gridsome.
