Composer 2.3 is ready for a release, and we need your help to help test it and report any regression.

This release is special as it contains almost only big internal changes allowing us to modernize our PHP code:

• Upgraded minimum supported PHP version from 5.3.2 to 7.2.5
• Upgraded symfony component dependencies fr

The Section "Performing Extraction" from the tutorial page "How to run a scan" mentions a Note:
"--shallow option can be used to recursively extract packages"

Many Distributions have an EOL date. Add a column for this to Distribution and use this to sort/filter/hide distributions on Webui::DistributionsController#new and DistributionsController#index

For outdated statuses, store version which outdates in a dedicated field. Allows clients to query latest version, including for branches.
