Created a swiper with items inside of it. Issue can be reproduced on default settings

I want to submit an issue.
When carousel is opened on a mobile, on android/chrome for example, vertical swiping on mobile screen causes carousel slide to be changed: swiped to next or prev.

Describe the bug
When opening the (i) view of an image and clicking on an album link or person link, the view stays open and blocks the loading of images in the background. This is especially bad on the mobile view as the user thinks nothing is happening when clicking.

I would like to request a config option for the representation of date/time values, e.g. in the "Photo overlay" when using "Date taken" as:

Current default:
Jan 7, 2022, 9:38:44 PM UTC+01:00

I wish at least the option to select 24 hour format for the time and the "European" format for the date:
